MicroBulk Tank Derate Kit, 350 to 125 psig, Dual Relief Valve

Derate kit that lowers the relief setting of a 350 psig MAWP microbulk tank to 125 psig, for tanks that feed equipment with a 125 psig maximum inlet pressure, such as an automatic dewar filling station. The kit replaces the tank's single 350 psig primary relief valve with a pair of 125 psig relief valves on a common tee, which keeps relief capacity up at the lower set pressure. The tank's 525 psig rupture disc and nameplate MAWP stay as built.

Primary relief: (2) brass 125 psig relief valves, 1/2" MNPT
Manifold: 1/2" NPT stainless tee on a 1/2" brass hex nipple, threads into the existing 1/2" FNPT relief port
Secondary relief: existing 525 psig rupture disc retained
Regulator set points after derate: pressure building 95 psig, economizer 110 psig

Vent the tank to zero pressure before installation, and confirm the required relief capacity for the vessel.
