If you are sales tax exempt, please complete our Sales Tax Exemption Form or email your exemption certificate directly to shop@joycan.com. Once received, we will apply the exemption to your account—please a​llow up to 1 business day for processing.

Alternatively, you can proceed with your purchase as usual and email us your order number along with your sales tax certificate. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund for the sales tax paid.
