VENTED HEATER BLOCK Assy
Vented heater block assembly for the doser dosing head. Heats the nozzle area like the standard cartridge-style head heater, and adds a 1/8" NPT vent port that feeds a small, metered flow of nitrogen gas into the block below the lower O-ring. The gas swirls around the nozzle to keep the area dry and inert, reducing frost and ice buildup at the dose point.

(1) 6mm push-to-connect 90° elbow, universal thread (installs in vent port)
(1) Inline flow restrictor: 0.020" orifice with 1/8" NPT coupler and 6mm push-to-connect ends
